Aftercare Programmes
We don’t think its right that once you have a site up and running, you are left alone to deal with any problems that may crop up. We also believe that ongoing care and maintenance of your site should be stress free and surprise free, without the need for extra invoices and spiralling costs. With tier 1 and 2 of our Aftercare Programmes, you get programming time included to use on improvements to the site together with free hosting and domain purchases.
Your programming hours are allocated every 6 months, you can roll your hours over into the next 6 month period, but if they are not used up by the next allocation, then they will be lost.
You will also be given login details to our support section on our site where you can download a variety of different documents and, log and check the progress of your support requests.
Basic Package – Tier 1
The basic package covers your site if there is a failure with the code, the server or the Internet, meaning that whatever happens, your site will always be up and running. You will receive a pro-active update or upgrade of the content management system which will be communicated via our monthly newsletter.
You will benefit from a reduced hourly rate for any amendments or enhancements to the site and reduced setup costs for POP3 E-mail accounts at just £5.00 per account.
Intermediate Package – Tier 2
This package includes all of the above, plus you won’t have to pay additional charges for hosting or purchasing a .co.uk and a .com domain. This could save you £200.00 per year! In addition you will also be allocated space for 10 POP3 E-mail accounts with our setup guides to help you configure them on a variety of different platforms.
This package also gives you some programming time. This can be used for updates to your site, new sections or amendments to your existing site or even a new design. This Aftercare Programme will give you 10 hours every 6 months; you can accumulate your hours up to a year, but they will not be carried forward more than a year. Should you go over this time, we will of course let you know, but you will benefit from a reduced hourly rate of £35.00 per hour.
Advanced Package – Tier 3
Having this package will cover you for all eventualities, everything from Tier 1, 2, site crashes, updates and upgrades, mailboxes, hosting, domain names, and programming time, it's all covered.
You will get 20 hours of programming every 6 months, with a further reduced hourly rate after that of £30.00 per hour. You will also get unlimited e-mail accounts and we will purchase any domain’s that you want including .net, .org, or .eu, allowing your business room for growth and expansion.
Mailboxes
Standard mailboxes are £10.00 per account.
